Operational Hours
Closed all public holidays (excluding Easter)
Summer 9.00am – 6.00pm
Winter 9.00am – 4.30pm
Operational hours may be extended on demand
Tandem Bungy jumping is available at the Harbour Bridge
Maximum height & weight restrictions apply
Weight Restriction
Harbour Bridge: at least 35kg. Maximum weight – 150kg
Height Restriction
1.15m or taller
Age Restriction
Auckland Bridge Climb 7 years or older
Auckland Bungy 10 years or older
Customers aged 10 – 16 years old must have a parent or guardian co-sign their indemnity waiver
We recommend that you consult us if you have the following conditions**:

- Bone Disorders
- Fragile Skin
- Dislocations
- Diabetes
- Epilepsy
- Neurological Disorders
- Disabled
- Physically impairment
**This does not exclude a person from Bungy Jumping
It is important for all customers to declare any of the above medical conditions when they
check in.
Dress Requirements
Changeable weather conditions – dress accordingly
All customers must wear closed footwear
Transport - Courtesy Coach
A daily courtesy coach service between Westhaven Reserve and downtown
Auckland is available for paying trip members. Bookings are essential
Parking
Free parking is available for customers at our Westhaven Base
Cancellation Policy
Once an AJ Hackett Bungy New Zealand product has been booked and paid for this product is non transferable and non refundable. Special conditions apply.
